Tina Leeb was born in Singen/Hohentwiel in 1966. As a child she spent some time abroad with her family living in Bangkok, Thailand and Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Before she joined the film industry she carried out a range of different activities, amongst which she worked as a freelance author writing books about computer networks. As a head of a designers boutique, as cook in a hip restaurant and being a mother (on-going!). In 2000 she developed and set up the Agentur für Filmservices local heroes GmbH (Film Services Agency local heroes Ltd.) where she first worked as head of Children’s and Extras’ Casting, later as head of the agency. After that she was executive assistant at Marco Polo Film Archive GmbH, a company building up an online film footage platform. In 2005 she founded her own company: Tina Leeb Projektmanagement (Project Management) developing ideas, strategies and concepts in the fields of sponsoring, sustainability and events for other companies. Within this she set up the sponsoring department in 2005 at DOK Leipzig and is head of it since then. In her free time she enjoys cooking Thai food, but much more she likes eating it in Thailand’s cookshops on the streets. She now lives and works in Leipzig.
