Mathieu Pradat

Mathieu Pradat is an Author, Director and an Architect.  He graduated with Honours cum laude at the ENSA Paris-Malaquais in 1999, Mathieu Pradat shot his first films while working in major architectures agencies on iconic projects including Jean-François Bodin & Associates (rehabilitation of Georges Pompidou Museum ), ADP (Paris’ airports), Atelier Christian de Portzamparc (Granite tower in La Defense ) and Dusapin and Leclercq.

He wrote and directed, in parallel to his architectural career, several films about the city or architecture including Twist again in Lourdes or  le quart d’heure entreprise, selected and awarded by  several Festivals.

He is a partner in La prairie, production workshop dedicated to trans media. He launched in 2012 a transmedia project to document a decade of urban transformations in the Lyon Confluence district.  Mathieu Pradat also taught (2009-2012) in the master “Filming architecture ” at the ENSA-Versailles.  He is currently preparing a short film The Dog supported by the Brittany Region and the Département du Finistère.
