Burkhard Althoff is commissioning editor and Deputy Head of ZDF’s Department ‘Das kleine Fernsehspiel’. He works especially with young talent and commissions feature films and documentaries as well as experimental TV formats. In 2009 he initiated the participative online-Call-for-entries Bodybits – Analoge Körper in digitalen Zeiten and the cros-smedia Crimestory Event Wer rettet Dina Foxx?.
