Adam Sigel is a writer and producer living in Los Angeles working across multiple entertainment platforms including film, television, video games and web/mobile media. Adam is currently writing and producing The Red Book, an action web series with director John Woo and Tiger Hill Entertainment, and is developing the pilot for a teen-oriented TV series entitled The Window for Sony International TV. He has completed work on a new adventure fantasy film The Lost Gate for Pure Grass Films, USA, and has recently signed a book deal with the UK publisher Hodder & Stoughton to write a novel based on his screenplay. He has also written the feature screenplay The Corporation for Alcon Entertainment and producer Syd Ganis.
He has previously worked on web media/video games for Disney Online creating extensions of existing franchises across multiple platforms for children aged 6-14. He served as a writing consultant and story editor for Steven Spielberg on his video game project for Electronic Arts and was a writer and producer of the award-winning web/mobile interactive series Afterworld for Electric Farm Entertainment, distributed by Sony International TV.
He has also developed online video games and digital content for Microsoft, Activision, Sony Columbia Tri-Star, GE and Universal. In television and film, Adam has written on several series including Secret Agent Man for UPN and Columbia Tri-Star and Los Luchadors for Fox Kids, as well as developing a television pilot, The Angeles, for Industry Entertainment. Adam has set up and developed several feature film scripts including Black Heart for Schizophrenic Thinking Productions, Winter Break for Smithwood Entertainment and Demon Key based on the comic book Vampfire.
