The Pixel Lab: The Cross-Media Workshop

Producer participants attending with a project: €2,500 / £2,175 excl. VAT
Professionals attending without a project: €1,750 / £1,522.50 excl. VAT


  • Six nights’ accommodation at the 5* Traube Tonbach Hotel in Baden-Württemberg, Germany
  • Full breakfast, buffet lunch and three course dinner daily
  • Morning and afternoon tea, coffee, pastries
  • Free wifi in all learning / public areas of the hotel
  • Use of hotel’s spa facilities
  • Training and course materials for the residential week
  • One-to-one meetings, group work, presentations with leading cross-media experts
  • Networking events

For producer participants attending with a project, fees also include:

  • Distance mentoring with Power to the Pixel’s leading experts
  • Three nights B & B accommodation at a Central London hotel in October 2014
  • Welcome dinner in London
  • Pitch presentation training with an industry expert
  • Free accreditation to The Cross-Media Forum (Conference & The Pixel Pitch) October 2014 including opening night and Pixel Pitch networking drinks
  • Project presentations to a selection of invited industry guests and The Pixel Lab jury (check out the jury of 2013)
  • An afternoon of one-to-one business meetings with potential creative and financial partners
  • Consideration for The Pixel Lab prize (Power to the Pixel awarded a cash prize of €3,000 in 2013)
  • Invitation to The Pixel Pitch and The Pixel Lab awards reception and Pixel Market lunch

Course fee excludes:

  • Travel
  • Meals and beverages other than as outlined above
  • Supplementary costs

Power to the Pixel will offer a small number of bursaries to help with course fees and/or accommodation costs at its discretion.

At least two bursaries will be offered to applicants from the 12 new EU member states (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia) and/or Croatia.
